An internal dashboard that runs a company on live numbers instead of hand-updated spreadsheets. It pulls from the tools the business already uses and turns them into one operating picture.

The problem

The company scorecard lived in Google Sheets, updated by hand. By the time the numbers were entered they were stale, the work was tedious, and nobody trusted a figure without re-checking it.

What it does

It is one dashboard with several tools sharing the same data:

  • Automated scorecard. Pulls metrics from the CRM, project management, finance, and ads platforms, plus a few manual inputs, and replaces the old spreadsheet.
  • EOS Level-10 scorecard. Eighteen measurables across five categories on a 13-week rolling grid, with on-track and off-track highlighting.
  • Quarterly reviews. Thirteen-section business reviews with quarter-over-quarter comparison and inline editing.
  • Rocks tracker. EOS quarterly priorities, stored both in the database and written through to the project tool, reconciled on a schedule.
  • AI weekly insights. An auto-generated read on the week’s numbers.

The outcome

The numbers update themselves and the team reads one source instead of reconciling sheets. The manual scorecard, the weekly update sheet, and the quarterly review doc all collapsed into a single live system.
