Leading the web team at GrowME Marketing, shipping client builds and chipping away at the performance and reliability of the sites we already run. Lately a lot of that is Core Web Vitals work: getting real sites into the green on live hardware, not just in the lab.
Writing
Building this site back up from a single page into something with room to write. The plan is regular posts on WordPress performance and the practical side of keeping client sites fast.
